The Board of Directors has been assigned a central role in the corporate governance of Interpump Group S.p.A., with broad powers and responsibilities in terms of governance, internal control and risk management system, as well as for the definition of sustainability policies with the aim of pursuing sustainable success, through the creation of long-term value for shareholders and key stakeholders.
